About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our commercial laundry facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and machinery are functioning efficiently and effectively, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. As the Maintenance Chief, you will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance technicians and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced.

As the Maintenance Manager, you will need to have strong leadership and management skills to effectively manage a team of maintenance technicians. You will also need to have a strong understanding of maintenance procedures and best practices, as well as the ability to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures. In addition, you will need to have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Finally, you will need to have strong communication skills to effectively communicate with other departments and stakeholders.
