Stoked Coffee is looking for a motivated, dependable, and people-focused Store Manager to lead our Marietta location.
We're looking for more than someone who can manage daily operations. We want a leader who enjoys developing people, building a positive team culture, and creating an exceptional experience for every customer.
This is a hands‑on leadership position. Our managers lead from the front, working alongside our baristas, supporting the team during busy periods, and setting the example for outstanding service.

What You'll Do
Lead & Develop Your Team: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate employees to perform at their best.
Lead by Example: Work alongside baristas in daily operations, providing hands‑on support and maintaining high standards.
Build a Positive Culture: Create an environment where employees feel valued, supported, empowered, and accountable.
Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure smooth, efficient operations while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service.
Manage Business Performance: Monitor labor costs, inventory, scheduling, and other key performance indicators to help drive profitability.
Deliver Great Customer Experiences: Build customer relationships and ensure every guest receives friendly, consistent service.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to strengthen the team, improve operations, and grow the business.
Maintain Standards: Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety requirements, and operational procedures.
What We're Looking For
Previous management or supervisory experience, preferably in food service, hospitality, or retail.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
A positive attitude and genuine passion for developing others.
Dependability, integrity, and a willingness to lead by example.
Ability to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort with scheduling, inventory management, and basic business performance metrics.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends.
A hands‑on leadership style and a team‑first mentality.

What a Typical Week Looks Like
This is a hands‑on management position. Our managers spend the majority of their time working alongside their team, with dedicated time each week for scheduling, inventory, hiring, and other administrative responsibilities.
